Jae Chun to participate in City Bar Center for CLE Program – The Use of Social Media in the Workplace and Mandatory Arbitration Clause: What’s Allowed, What’s Not?

Jae Chun will participate in a panel discussion on the use of social media in the workplace and the consequences of the National Labor Relations Board's decision in D.R. Horton regarding mandatory arbitration clauses from a plaintiff’s/union’s perspective. In Particular, Mr. Chun will discuss D.R. Horton’s impact on arbitration clauses in employment agreements and subsequent rulings by district courts following the D.R. Horton. Mr. Chun also serves as the program’s Chair.
