Jae Chun to Participate in Panel on Employment Class Action Certification

Jae Chun will be one of the presenters in the New York City Bar Association's panel, "The Changing Landscape of the Law in Employment Class Action Certification: The Impact of Recent Supreme Court Decisions," in which the panelists will discuss the effects of the Supreme Court's decisions in Comcast Corp. v. Behrend, American Express v. Italian Colors Restaurant, and Wal-Mart Stores v. Dukes. The panel will take place on May 5, 2014. Registration information is available here.
