Jae Chun and William Anspach to participate in City Bar Center for CLE Program – Supreme Court Round Up: Recent Developments in Labor & Employment Law Cases

Jae Chun and William Anspach will participate in a panel discussion regarding U.S. Supreme Court decisions from the 2012 – 2013 term. This panel will discuss the effect of these decisions on labor and management side attorneys and how they should now advise their clients concerning matters like discrimination under Title VII and the ADA, wage and hour claims, class action suits, ERISA, and arbitration. Mr. Chun serves as the program’s Co-Chair and Mr. Anspach will participate in a panel discussion concerning labor and employment related Supreme Court cases, including recent decisions as well as cases that are currently up for review.
