Daniel Treiman

Daniel Treiman joined the firm in January 2019. He was previously the Bobby McLaughlin Fellow at Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady LLP, a Peggy Browning Fellow at Levy Ratner, P.C., and an intern at Region 29 of the National Labor Relations Board.
Mr. Treiman received his J.D. in 2017 from New York University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Scholar, an Article Editor at the Annual Survey of American Law, and a participant in the Public Policy Advocacy Clinic of the Brennan Center for Justice in its Democracy Program. In 1999, he received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with high distinction, was Phi Beta Kappa, and had a double-major in history and political science.
Prior to law school, Mr. Treiman worked as a journalist, including as managing editor of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, a global news service, and as an editor at the Forward, where he chaired the newspaper's editorial unit of the Newspaper Guild of New York.
Mr. Treiman is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
