Alec Woodard

Alec Woodard joined the firm in October 2025.

Mr. Woodard graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law in 2025 with honors, specializing in labor and employment law. At the University of Minnesota, Mr. Woodard participated in the Consumer Protection Clinic and was an Articles Editor for the Minnesota Law Review. His work experience during law school included a Peggy Browning Fellowship with the Fair Work Center and Working Washington, a Judicial Externship with the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota, and time as a Law Clerk with Education Minnesota and Louris Marshall O’Brien, P.A..

Prior to law school, Mr. Woodard worked with UNITE HERE Local 19, where he supported the unionization efforts of thousands of workers throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated from Emory University in 2018.

Mr. Woodard is admitted to practice in New York.
