Paris Nicholls practices primarily in the area of employee benefits law. He advises unions and boards of trustees of employee benefit plans on administrative and operational issues, as well as on compliance with a variety of laws, including state and federal employment statutes, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, and the federal tax code.
Mr. Nicholls received his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2013, where he was a Robert McKay Scholar. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009 with a B.A. in Philosophy. Mr. Nicholls is a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee.
